I\'m tired of hearing about refugees and this screams \'stunt\', despite it being a nice touch. Without being a meanie, I do question how many would go back once things settled from where they have fled from? I\'d hate to think.

Personally, I find the gesture shown by several ex Manchester United footballers to be more touching.

I like Picasso\'s work, yet it annoys me when I read top tens and he\'s listed quite highly - there\'s no doubt about his talent, though he wouldn\'t make my top fifty artists! That said, if I did a top fifty paintings - he probably would be.

His artwork makes me chuckle, some of it is actually very funny!

I haven\'t heard of him to be honest.

I found the article to be very interesting, which I think /profile/5-homesickalienpoet/\" data-ipshover=\"\" data-ipshover-target=\"http://poetryartonline.com/profile/5-homesickalienpoet/?do=hovercard\" data-mentionid=\"5\">@HomesickAlienPoet and /profile/9-spacemonkey/\" data-ipshover=\"\" data-ipshover-target=\"http://poetryartonline.com/profile/9-spacemonkey/?do=hovercard\" data-mentionid=\"9\">@SpaceMonkey may also.

This is something I think I\'ll spend longer looking into when I feel \'happier\', at this stage things are flying over my head but as I say, I found this to be interesting and reading through the notes makes it appealing to attempt to write more frequently.

Mr /profile/40-pieman/\" data-ipshover=\"\" data-ipshover-target=\"http://poetryartonline.com/profile/40-pieman/?do=hovercard\" data-mentionid=\"40\">@Pieman, you made me wait a considerable amount of time to see these! Yet, they are well worth the wait.

As you know, I\'ll have more time now to focus on making this site a success - along with the great members we have and I hope that you really look forward to sharing your photography with us.

---

The photography;

I love sunsets, I make no hidden feelings about this - if someone shares a wonderful skyline or sunset/sunrise I am going to spend some time taking in it\'s beauty.

The second shared image is truly amazing for these reasons!

Please don\'t feel put off from sharing, I am sure others will encourage your pictures. I look forward to more! Sorry about my ramble

Not only am I drawn to skylines, red skies or water. I\'m a sucker for builders, especially colorful constructions or items.

Computer Graphics / digital painting attempt
October 13, 2015, 09:10:48 PM
Bud, \'attempt\' needs removing from the title! Haha!! This looks awesome.

I like the fact, you have shared two stages with us because it makes me appreciate the artwork more. This is something I want to find time for, though at the moment I wouldn\'t be able but I find your work (plus others) also inspiring. It\'s very well drawn, I find using a computer or tablet far harder than paper, so this is admirable and highlights artists talents.

Thanks for sharing! Keep \'em coming!!

These are cool mate, no other words to describe them - I especially like the comic feel to the designs.

General Discussion / Weekly Talk; 12th-18th October
October 13, 2015, 01:48:50 PM
Yesterday, I had a meeting with the Academy manager of my local football team. Some very positive stuff from that, which I am excited about.

Today I have a driving lesson shortly - I\'m feel quite a bit better. Just random bursts of pain from my stomach at the moment. Sometimes it feels like lightening is happening inside and other times, it\'s like boulders are being thrown. Though I am happy to be feeling better, just would like to know at this stage why I feel like this.

I have invited a few more people to the community, pretty much asked around.

I need to keep checking if people are receiving notifications, especially via e-mail.

The rest of the time will be spent posting, social media and making sure this place and the fan site is ticking over.

What about everyone else?

General Art / Trap door
October 11, 2015, 08:30:40 PM
I hope my dough model was the inspiration behind this? I like taking some form of credit (not seriously).

I like it, again - I find myself praising your colourful approach. Trap Door wasn't this colourful, yet I still like it and it reminds me of my childhood. Nice to see you included all the weird things, fantastic job!

Keep 'em coming.

I noticed the comment @stewart alexander , so I deleted the one without thinking someone else had commented.

I like it, it reminds me of one of those sketch/etching things you find in hobby craft etc. You know the silver patterns? I don't think I'm leaving the greatest comment here but it does remind me of that. LOL

Great work here bud, really can't stop stirring at it. Mind you, I am a magpie!

Poetry / Animated Sound

The final four lines are striking, yet there\'s parts throughout which jump out as I read.

I noticed this from the sidebar area on the index page and I was expecting lyrics, not a poem but pleasantly surprised. Thanks for sharing mate

General Art / Drawing of sea creatures

I like the colourfulness of your drawings.

Also, I notice how you included the Angler fish - yet you\'ve been kind not to make it look creepy or ugly. Really liking seeing you work on these, I should remind you to snap pictures of the progress because it\'s a good tip.

Keep \'em coming!

I think the final three segments are so powerful and a good twist to the poem.

Really enjoyed it.
