I\'ve never been much of a fan of Picasso. But after a quick review of some of his work, I have to say I like his earlier works (right at and right after the turn of the century). They are the more realistic, life-like works of art and I relate to them more... which is weird since I tend to be more of an abstract artist when I paint and draw.As far as International Art day, I\'m afraid the closest I\'m coming to celebrating is by watching The Great British Baking Show. Seriously, what they create are works of art!

I like Picasso\'s work, yet it annoys me when I read top tens and he\'s listed quite highly - there\'s no doubt about his talent, though he wouldn\'t make my top fifty artists! That said, if I did a top fifty paintings - he probably would be.
His artwork makes me chuckle, some of it is actually very funny!
