Same old today, though I recieved an e-mail - which I hope contains more hope than it seems to let on.

I\'m at the stage whereby my focus will be on what matters.

Today I\'m going to try and encourage activity, we need people trying to make the difference they can - I\'m proud of the short achievements we\'ve made and I really could do with the help from people to post.

Tuesday I\'m home all day, though I work - from home - in the evening. Taking it a bit easy this morning/afternoon but powering on with work for the websites. Soon to have lunch and then more work (hopefully the food won\'t knock me out!).
