Aware I hold the ocean in my heart,The wind in my hair.My feet remain firm on the rocks Or thrill to the caress of sand and grass. My arms are filled with flowers and forestsAnd my eyes contain the sky.The rising of the sun is in my waking,The gentle light of moon and stars in my sleep.I dream the turning of the seasons;Sing the song of life and death and life.

This one reminds me of when I first started getting into poetry as a young teen, in class my English teacher noticed me jotting down the formings of song lyrics and he encourage me to compare text by famous poets like Emily Dickinson and Simon Armitage which in turn got me into trying out poetry.

The poem is very inspiring for me, short but to the point and very well written.

Thanks for sharing!

I like the way you\'ve managed to describe things like walking and sleeping with things in the outdoors.

I did not notice this until doing some digging but this is gorgeous and well written.

I like this, the imagery is tangible. What about getting rid of the \"and\" at the beginning of 6th line?
