It\'s interesting to read something which doesn\'t follow your usual format (which I really admire). I was speaking to
/profile/9-spacemonkey/\" data-ipshover=\"\" data-ipshover-target=\"http://poetryartonline.com/profile/9-spacemonkey/?do=hovercard\" data-mentionid=\"9\">@SpaceMonkey about this, since I don\'t really adventure much myself into other formats and styles - I find the way you write to be fascinating. It\'s something I haven\'t come across before, which makes your writing stand out.
This piece does have your mark stamped on it and I really enjoy reading your work.
against-the pounding surf -echo- repeat-echoleft is undertow- submerge- unable to breathewe can\'t go back- so we walk on-througha simple refraction of light-turning day to night
I find these part above to be very creative, I like the flow and way it jumps out (as I do with the whole poem).
Thank you for sharing it! Keep \'em coming!!

Good use of words which add visuals, I like that the most about poetry.
Hi JoeyThanks for your really nice comments- I really appreciate them- everyone tells me I am an enigma of sorts- does not fit to a specific style- not sure if that is a good or bad thing- but I just write- it comes out the way it comes out- after many, many re-writes- although- I have written once or twice for a single write and not have to change a thing- but that does not always happen- so thank you- for caring enough to stop by and commenting- it gives me the courage to post another day!...regards Mike
