It makes you think of war and many other things, reads well. Looks like you have found your creative side again

Ooo, I like the way this starts. It screams poetic and the opening bang just continues! This is a very explosive piece and it highlights why I wished I could start to form the reviewers team, as this deserve acknowledgement in my opinion.

I am sure it will, though what else can I say? It\'s superb and nice to see you writing again.

Thanks for sharing and keep \'em coming!

I have a lot of obscure poetry like this and even some prose, but I\'m generally shy to post it. I enjoy writing \"obscure\" things, but I feel like readers would just get confused and think it\'s dumb hahaha I guess this poem had success among y\'all, so that makes me smile  Thanks for reading!

Hi Frosty Kitten Awesome write!..I love your very descriptive words- it works really well here - a good writer- makes the audience think-to appreciate- and use their imagination- try to pick your brain- what are you thinking about- what are you trying to say-do they feel the same- do they get it?..that\'s the fun- good writing can be subjective as well as expressive- leave it up to the audience- that\'s what poetry is- make them take notice of you!..I have!..regards Mike

I do like this one too.  I really like the twist at the end that ties it in with the opening stanza.  It made me go right back to the beginning and read it again.It\'s kind of ambiguous as to who\'s fault it is that there are no more heroes.  I like that a lot too.  Thanks for posting Frosty

I was hoping that the last stanza would make the reader want to go back and see if they can decipher anything else! I\'m all about ambiguous obscure poetry haha
